What We Collect

OurShare collects your email, display name, and profile picture via Clerk authentication. We store tasks, photos, goals, and activity data to provide the service.

Photo Data

Completion photos are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. EXIF metadata (timestamp, location, camera info) is preserved as authenticity evidence and is only visible to you and your partner. Photos are accessed via time-limited signed URLs.

Data Retention

Active data is stored as long as your account exists. When a partnership is dissolved, completed tasks and photos remain visible for 30 days, then are soft-deleted. Badges are permanent and never revoked.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. Your account is deactivated immediately and all data is permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. Contact support during this window to cancel deletion.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your data is only shared between you and your linked partner within the app.
